Scope Of Work

The scope encompasses a comprehensive range of both design and construction aspects, including but not limited to the following: earthworks, concrete work (both precast and cast in situ), and the installation of various buildings’ internal and external finishes for floors, walls, ceilings, and door windows.

Furthermore, the project entails the complete installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure the optimal functionality of all buildings. Apart from these core elements, the scope of work also encompasses additional tasks such as external landscaping, swimming pool installation, kitchen equipment, cleaning, and maintenance duties.
