Our Story
NMDC Energy was founded in 1973 by ADNOC and CCC as the National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC). We quickly established our Saadiyaat fabrication yard and offshore construction division the following year, before launching our offshore operations in 1978. Over the coming years, we would rapidly expand our capabilities through investment in our fleet, equipment, people, and operating sites.
Today, we are part of NMDC Group, a powerhouse of companies working to shape the future through marine dredging, construction, engineering, and procurement. We work with globally renowned clients in the UAE and further afield to solve the complex problems facing the energy sector with our innovative, future focused solutions.
